 A recent addition to the range of marula products, refined edible marula oil ranks among ‘new’ oils for its high nutritional value, heat resistance and stability.
The oil contains up to 28% protein and some iodine and compares favourably with extra virgin olive oil. It has received publicity on fashionable TV cuisine shows in the UK. Gourmet chefs have tried the oil and found them to be both palatable and suitable for stir frying and baking.
